From us to you, Happy Father’s Day to the father figures in your life!
Dads play such an important role in our lives, and this month, we want to take the time to say thank you to the dads of our lives. There is such a special bond between a father figure and his child, whether that is daughter or son (or niece or nephew), that plays an integral role in the foundations of who we end up being. There are so many lessons to be learned, and how honored we are to get to learn them from someone who paved the way for us.
It is a bit of a cliche to say that all a dad wants or needs is a few drinks, his grill, or a fishing pole to be satisfied. That may be true for some, but at LG Howard & Company, we offer the same service rituals to our dads that we do to our moms! Sometimes a dad has got to do what a dad has got to do to get some peace and quiet, and we would love the opportunity to give a great haircut and experience for Father’s Day! They could come in and enjoy a cup of coffee, get their hair trimmed, and get a great scalp massage all in one visit! These small things add up to make a great, positive impact on the men that have impacted us from the very beginning.
Of all we could say or do to show appreciation, sometimes the smallest reminders make the biggest impacts. Thank you, dads, for all that you do for your families and the legacies that you leave in your wake. For all of the cleaned up messes, fixed up bikes, and bandaids placed on bruised knees, thank you. For all of the hugs after heartbreak, last minute coffee dates, and help with schoolwork, thank you. For all of the (bad) dad jokes, funny dance breaks, and help with moving… THANK YOU!
